Enjoy sunbeds, an outdoor bed, a comfortable dining area for eight people and a corner sofa for six, all in a carefully tended environment with warm lighting.
- Swimming pools for everyone: The community has two swimming pools, one for adults and another for children, just three minutes walking, in a calm and refreshing environment.
- Views and nature: Admire the rocky coast from the villa, with access to a black sand beach and a sports pier. In autumn, watch the boats departing towards America. Also enjoy the seafront promenade that connects with Los Abrigos, a charming fishing village full of local restaurants, and explore the trail towards Montaña Amarilla, ideal for snorkelling and outdoor sports.
- Spaces to rest: Three comfortable bedrooms, two with television, one with terrace and another with private bathroom. Additionally, the third bedroom has the option to join two single beds with a zipper. All equipped with air conditioning for your comfort.

Exclusive Access for Our Guests: As an added value, we invite you to enjoy the refreshing pools of our small apartment complex "11 holiday homes", ideal for relaxing after a day exploring Tenerife. Additionally, for your peace of mind and comfort, we have parking spaces at your disposal.
MINUT noise sensor: To help maintain the neighbourhood's tranquillity, the villa is equipped with a MINUT sensor that anonymously and respectfully monitors noise levels (without recording images or audio), especially from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
Jacuzzi Maintenance: Our maintenance team carries out periodic jacuzzi inspections, without needing to enter the house. We access directly from the garden, generally between 8:00 and 14:00. We adapt to your preferences for visit times, whether early or later, to ensure everything is in perfect condition without interrupting your privacy.
Always Connected for Your Convenience: We understand the importance of smooth and clear communication. Therefore, we will be in continuous contact with you, whether through chat or by telephone. For any unforeseen circumstances or queries outside office hours, we have an emergency telephone number, ensuring we are available to you at all times.
