Duplex apartment in a gated complex with a HEATED SEAWATER SWIMMING POOL and a 12 meter HOT WATER RELAX POOL, in a very quiet neighborhood and with a PROFESSIONAL "OMADA" WIFI NETWORK, ideal for relaxing or teleworking. 10 minutes from two of the best beaches on the island and next to a fishing village with fantastic local restaurants. The apartment is located in a small complex of 11 units by the sea. The complex has two seawater pools and a freshwater pool, surrounded by a large lawn garden. The adult pool is heated to 23ºC. The 12-metre HOT WATER RELAX POOL has 36ºC fresh water. The pool area also has communal showers and toilets.
It is a duplex with two bedrooms both located on the first floor, as well as a full bathroom with shower.
In the master bedroom there is a double bed, in the second bedroom you can choose between two single beds or a double bed. There is also an armchair bed for the extra persons in the living room, recommended for children and teenagers.
The house is ideal for 4 people, although thanks to the sofa bed it is suitable for families of up to 6 people (2 adults and 4 children). For babies we have a cot and high chair available, of course, babies do not count as an extra person.
The duplex is very luminous, the master bedroom has a fantastic balcony with furniture, and thanks to the interior garden the second bedroom is also very luminous. Natural light also reaches the main bathroom through the skylights.
The flat is accessed through the small garden/terrace on the ground floor, this first floor is an open space where the living room, dining room and kitchen are located, as well as a small toilet.
The terrace on the ground floor has a table with chairs and barbecue and some folding chairs for sunbathing.
Another of the main features of the house is the equipment, highlighting elements such as the very high quality bed, the gas barbecue or the Smart TV with internet access.

This beautifully designed duplex, being at the end of the communal promenade, gives you total independence from the rest of the complex. The lower garden welcomes you with its chill-out area, outdoor table and barbecue.
Through the two sliding doors you will access the ground floor, which consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room and a small toilet.
Upstairs you will find the bathroom and two bedrooms, both with views of the garden. The main bedroom has a 180cm double bed, a chest of drawers with a coat rack, smart TV and air conditioning, while the second bedroom has two 90cm beds that can be converted into a double bed and a chest of drawers with a coat rack.
From this floor you have access to the upper garden, where four comfortable sun loungers, a sofa and a jacuzzi await you to relax and watch the sunset.
The complex has two seawater pools and a freshwater pool, surrounded by a large lawned garden. The adult swimming pool is heated to 23ºC. The 12 metre HOT WATER RELAX POOL has 36ºC fresh water. The pool area also has communal showers and toilets.
