An exclusive design duplex that functions as a private seaside oasis to slow down or work remotely with professional fibre. It stands out for its upper garden with shower, padded Balinese beds and hot tub for sunset, as well as a lower terrace with tropical plants, barbecue and outdoor dining area. Enjoy the complex's heated pools (from 8:00 to 00:00), with a main one and a relaxation pool at 34 °C. Its corner location guarantees total independence.

You will enjoy maximum privacy within the complex thanks to the corner location of this duplex, situated at the end of the common promenade and facing the sea. The space has been built by the award-winning Menis Arquitectos studio, whilst the interior design is by the renowned Madrid-based designer Marta Auyanet. It is a home conceived for slowing down or working from home comfortably, equipped with a professional Wi-Fi network (Omada system) that guarantees high speed and stable coverage both indoors and on the terraces.

The dwelling is organised into two floors that connect with their own private outdoor spaces:

Ground floor and tropical terrace:

- Lower terrace: Access to the dwelling is gained through this outdoor space, surrounded by tropical plants and equipped with a Weber gas barbecue and a dining table protected by a coconut fibre awning.

- Daytime area: Two large glazed sliding doors connect the terrace with the lounge and dining room in a bright, open-plan space. The kitchen features a window that frames a private area of volcanic rock and native vegetation. This floor also has an independent guest toilet.

Upper floor and sunset garden:

- Upper Garden: From this level you access a second private terrace equipped with sofas, an outdoor shower, two large padded Balinese beds and a private hot tub facing the sunset.

- Master bedroom: Equipped with a 180 cm bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan, Smart TV and views of the landscaped area.

- Second bedroom: It has two 90 cm beds (which we can join into a double bed if you request it before arrival), air conditioning, ceiling fan and garden views.

- Bathroom: A fully adapted bathroom serves the rooms on this floor.

Equipment details:

Air conditioning: You have independent air conditioning installed in the two bedrooms on the upper floor to guarantee a cool resting temperature, as well as ceiling fans in all rooms of the house (living room and both bedrooms) if you prefer constant ventilation.

Kitchen: You will find high-end appliances, including a Jura super-automatic bean coffee machine, dishwasher, oven-microwave, ceramic hob, toaster, juicer, kettle and blender. We leave you a welcome kit with basics: oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, brown sugar and dishwasher tablets.

Textiles and personal care: The house has a Bosch washer-dryer, hair dryer, iron and safe. We include bed linen, bath towels, bathrobes and specific pool towels, as well as dispensers of gel, shampoo and body cream that are 100% vegan.

Entertainment: The accommodation features two Smart TVs with internet connection equipped with a hotel television system that offers international channels (Spanish, English, German, French and Italian). The main living room screen is 47" in size.

You will have complete and exclusive access to the duplex, as well as being able to use the communal facilities of this small complex of only 11 accommodations.

The common area stands out for an extensive natural lawn garden and palm trees surrounding the bathing area, a space that for most of the year enjoys very few users. The external facilities include:

- Main pool: Constantly heated to 24 °C throughout the year.
- Relaxation pool: A 12-metre-long freshwater pool, maintained at 34 °C for floating and resting peacefully.
- Children's pool: Bathing area adapted and heated for the youngest guests.
- Complex facilities: The pool area has communal showers and toilets. For your convenience, we will provide you with specific pool towels upon arrival.

Security and family peace of mind:
The residential complex is completely fenced around its perimeter and designed without architectural visual barriers. This allows families to easily supervise common areas, providing a safer and more relaxed environment if you travel with children.

You will enjoy the house with complete independence and privacy. However, our team will always be nearby to assist you. We are continuously available through the platform's chat or by phone to resolve any queries about the property or recommend plans in the area.

We want you to install without haste and with the peace of mind of knowing that everything is resolved. That is why, for any technical mishap or emergency that may arise outside business hours, we put at your disposal an assistance telephone active 24 hours a day.

To ensure transparency in your booking and excellent cohabitation, we provide you with the operational details of the property:

- Swimming pool hours: The bathing area and gardens remain open from 8:00 to 00:00 h.

- Cleaning and maintenance: For extended stays, a cleaning service is included with change of sheets and towels every 3 or 4 days.

- Peace and quiet: The accommodation is located in a very peaceful residential neighbourhood. To ensure the rest of neighbours and other guests, we ask that you maintain a serene environment, especially during nighttime rest hours.

- Solarium areas around the pools with communal sun loungers (subject to availability).
- Additionally, and as an exclusive service for our guests, we provide access to the magnificent swimming pool facilities of "11 Holiday Homes", located just 8 minutes' walk from the apartment. These facilities include more pool options for your enjoyment, ideal for a complete wellness experience.

Parking on the streets around the complex is public and free. Additionally, you have at your disposal an assigned parking space (no. 10) in the open-air communal car park of the complex itself.
