San Miguel - Apartment

One storey apartment in a gated complex with a HEATED SEAWATER SWIMMING POOL and a 12 meter HOT WATER RELAX POOL, in a very quiet neighbourhood and with a PROFESSIONAL "OMADA" WIFI NETWORK, ideal for relaxing or teleworking. 10 minutes from two of the best beaches on the island and next to a fishing village with fantastic local restaurants. Very well equipped to make you feel at home.

The apartment is located in a small complex of 11 units by the sea. The complex has two seawater pools and a freshwater pool, surrounded by a large lawn garden. The adult pool is heated to 23ºC. The 12-metre HOT WATER RELAX POOL has 36ºC fresh water. The pool area also has communal showers and toilets.

The flat is accessed through the small garden/terrace with a corner sofa, dining table with chairs and barbecue.

It is a two-bedroom flat, in the master bedroom there is a double bed. In the second bedroom there are two single beds that can be converted into a double bed. The house is ideal for families up to 4 people. For babies we have a cot and high chair, of course, babies do not count as an extra person.

Thanks to the inner garden the second bedroom, the bathroom, the toilet and the laundry room are bright and very well ventilated.

To sum up, a flat with green areas and one of the best swimming pools you can find on the island (almost all year round with very few users), the house is fully equipped and built by one of the best architects in the Canary Islands.

A bright duplex just a few steps from the ocean, designed for slowing down or remote working with high-speed fibre. You'll be able to rest on the balcony with sea views, enjoy the private terrace with barbecue or swim at any time of day. The complex features extensive gardens and heated open-air pools open from 8:00 to 00:00, highlighting a relaxation pool at 34°C.
Located directly on the seafront promenade, you'll be just a step away from golf courses and the local gastronomy of Los Abrigos.

You will stay in a unique building of only 11 apartments by the sea, designed by Canarian architect Fernando Menis. The space stands out for its natural light and its architecture, adapted to offer a comfortable environment whether you come to rest or to work remotely.

The property is distributed over two floors and is prepared in detail to accommodate up to 4 guests. If you need to work remotely, you have access to a professional fibre internet connection (high-speed Omada system) with reliable coverage throughout the house.

Distribution and rest on the upper floor:

- Master Bedroom: Equipped with a hotel-quality double bed and Smart TV with international channels (Spanish, English, German and Italian). From here you have direct access to a private furnished balcony with armchairs and views towards the sea and the pool.

- Second bedroom: Offers flexibility according to your needs, as you can request it configured with two single beds or a double bed. It receives light through an interior garden and features blackout blinds to ensure total darkness and uninterrupted rest.

- Main bathroom: A full bathroom with a shower tray that serves the bedrooms.

Common areas and outdoor spaces on the ground floor:

- Interior: An open and minimalist concept that integrates the living room, dining room and a white kitchen with island. It also features a functional toilet on this same floor.

- Private terrace: From the living room, there is direct access to an outdoor terrace equipped with a table, chairs and a Weber gas barbecue, designed for outdoor dining.

Complete equipment for everyday use:

- Kitchen: Dishwasher, oven-microwave, hob, toaster, juicer, kettle, blender and two coffee makers (moka and drip). Upon arrival you will find basic courtesy items: oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, brown sugar and dishwasher tablets.

- Hygiene and textiles: Bed linen, bath towels and specific pool towels. The bathrooms are equipped with a hair dryer and dispensers with gel, shampoo, conditioner and body cream with 100% vegan composition.

- Other details: Washing machine, iron, safe for your belongings and two Smart TVs with access to streaming platforms.

Families and babies (available free of charge upon prior request):
To make travelling with the little ones easier, we can prepare the house with a cot (we have 2 units), high chair, plastic bath tub, bed rail and safety gate for the stairs.

You will have complete and exclusive access to the duplex, as well as being able to use the communal facilities of this small complex of only 11 accommodations.

The common area stands out for an extensive natural lawn garden and palm trees surrounding the bathing area, a space that for most of the year enjoys very few users. The external facilities include:

- Main pool: Constantly heated to 24 °C throughout the year.
- Relaxation pool: A 12-metre-long freshwater pool, maintained at 34 °C for floating and resting peacefully.
- Children's pool: Bathing area adapted and heated for the youngest guests.
- Complex facilities: The pool area has communal showers and toilets. For your convenience, we will provide you with specific pool towels upon arrival.

Security and family peace of mind:
The residential complex is completely fenced around its perimeter and designed without architectural visual barriers. This allows families to easily supervise common areas, providing a safer and more relaxed environment if you travel with children.

You will enjoy the house with complete independence and privacy. However, our team will always be nearby to assist you. We are continuously available through the platform's chat or by phone to resolve any queries about the property or recommend plans in the area.

We want you to install without haste and with the peace of mind of knowing that everything is resolved. That is why, for any technical mishap or emergency that may arise outside business hours, we put at your disposal an assistance telephone active 24 hours a day.

To ensure transparency in your booking and excellent cohabitation, we provide you with the operational details of the property:

- Swimming pool hours: The bathing area and gardens remain open from 8:00 to 00:00 h.

- Cleaning and maintenance: For extended stays, a cleaning service is included with change of sheets and towels every 3 or 4 days.

- Peace and quiet: The accommodation is located in a very peaceful residential neighbourhood. To ensure the rest of neighbours and other guests, we ask that you maintain a serene environment, especially during nighttime rest hours.
