One storey apartment in a gated complex with a HEATED SEAWATER SWIMMING POOL and a 12 meter HOT WATER RELAX POOL, in a very quiet neighbourhood and with a PROFESSIONAL "OMADA" WIFI NETWORK, ideal for relaxing or teleworking. 10 minutes from two of the best beaches on the island and next to a fishing village with fantastic local restaurants. Very well equipped to make you feel at home.
The apartment is located in a small complex of 11 units by the sea. The complex has two seawater pools and a freshwater pool, surrounded by a large lawn garden. The adult pool is heated to 23ºC. The 12-metre HOT WATER RELAX POOL has 36ºC fresh water. The pool area also has communal showers and toilets.
The flat is accessed through the small garden/terrace with a corner sofa, dining table with chairs and barbecue.
It is a two-bedroom flat, in the master bedroom there is a double bed. In the second bedroom there are two single beds that can be converted into a double bed. The house is ideal for families up to 4 people. For babies we have a cot and high chair, of course, babies do not count as an extra person.
Thanks to the inner garden the second bedroom, the bathroom, the toilet and the laundry room are bright and very well ventilated.
